The purpose of the Southern Minnesota Women's Center is to help educate
the community about their alternatives so that informed decisions concerning
the outcome of pregnancy may be made. For those who decide to carry
their baby to term, the center will provide non-medical assistance in
whatever form is available and needed.
The Southern Minnesota Women's Center places value upon all human life
from conception onward. Abortion ends human life prematurely and unnaturally,
therefore we consider it to be unacceptable. Southern Minnesota Women's
Center shall serve as a consumer information service, but decisions
concerning the pregnancy must be made by those legally responsible for
the outcome of the pregnancy.
The Southern Minnesota Women's Center is a Christian response to the
needs of those confronted with crisis pregnancies. In presenting the
love of Christ through its ministry, Southern Minnesota Women's Center
does not discriminate on account of race, creed, color, national origin,
age, financial status, or marital status. The Center's assistance is
free of charge.
